Recipe for Veggie Wraps 💚
2-3 leaves of white cabbage
2-3 leaves of red cabbage
1/2 small zucchini, sliced in length
1/2 small zucchini, diced
3-4 mushrooms, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 leek, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
oregano, (rock) salt
1/2 tomato, diced
1/2 avocado, diced
a few drops of lemon
Add ingredients for filling into a pan with olive oil and heat over middle heat for 5-7 minutes.
Cook the cabbage leaves in pot for just 2-3 minutes to get them softer, so you can wrap it later with the filling inside.
Fry the zucchini slices in a pan for a few minutes in olive oil and salt.
Then allow slightly to cool, fill the cabbage leaves with the mushroom-pepper filling and roll them into a roll.
Mix all salad ingredients into a bowl.
Fill zucchini slices with the salad.
